It’s a sad fact that computers go wrong and software becomes more complex, which combined with constant attacks by viruses and spyware, means our clients frequently need help. In response to this World Telecom today announced a new Computer Maintenance Service, with Helpline in English, Remote Assistance, and guaranteed response times for urgent assistance at the client’s promises. The cost will be from Euros 5 per month, added to the clients phone account. New IT Manger Kurt Pardon said “In today’s world there is a need for clear non computer speak, and our clients need answers in plain English, which both myself and my team aim to make available with the launch of this new service”
